Digibup - Implement

Our project aims to understand how effective and helpful it is to use digital treatment for anxiety problems in BUP (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). We want to explore how receiving support through online platforms can benefit individuals dealing with anxiety, and how to best implement digital treatments in BUP.

We want to learn more about the implementation and use of digital services in BUP (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) with our overarching research project 'Digibup'. Our main goal with Digibup is to explore approaches for implementation, feasibility of digital services, acceptability, cost-effectiveness, and clinical effectiveness. We aim to investigate what contributes to desired outcomes when using digital services, user satisfaction, and adherence, as well as develop ways to predict which children/adolescents benefit the most from digital services in different contexts. We will do this through several sub-projects and gather information from multiple perspectives.

In this sub-project 'Digibup Implement', we want to learn more about the implementation and use of internet-based, therapist-assisted therapy for anxiety in children and adolescents in BUP. For this, we need feedback from patients and their guardians regarding its effectiveness on anxiety problems, functioning in daily life, and their experiences with receiving such a treatment. We will combine this information with feedback from therapists and other BUP staff on their experiences with the implementation and use of internet-based, therapist-assisted therapy for anxiety. This way, we can improve our ability to treat anxiety by using digital tools.
